"Other people complaining about the remote probably installed the battery incorrectly, I almost made this mistake. There is a little prong on the right side of where the battery goes and that neds to sit on top of the battery, he porbably pushed it all flat. "this is a wonderful product the only thing is the pricing is a little too much but I guess you get your moneys worth because I guess you get free installation but once again with the pricing you have to buy the parts to have it installed so in the long run you end up spening around 600 bucks..."
