"I have recently started a program with running, weight lifting, bag training, and flexibility/balance exercises. I eat these bars whenever I am hungry.......between, after, or if i've missed a meal. The bars are processed so they go down easily. I would say the consistency of the bars is not light or heavy but in the mid-range of nutrition bars. They are a little chewy. I love them...."
