"A spectacular cheese and a delightful selection for the table and kitchen. This cheese is great as an appetizer and was served in this early Summer with Budweiser Beer with natural lime flavor(BL). "I just love it straight from the package, as a snack in itself. It's flavor is fairly intense, so don't use it with a more delicate-flavored dish as the cheese may overpower it. Tastes very "from-the-garden" fresh, so it works well in a salad. "
