Installed on Sony MDR-7506

"It is not necessary to disassemble any part of the Sony cans, other than to remove the old pads. Note the perimeter groove the original pad occupies. Pull off the old pads. The hard plastic pieces included with the Beyerdynamic cushions are not used. Place the new flat center pad over the transducer grill. Work the plastic at the back of the new cushions into the groove that was occupied by the original pads. A ..." Read Full Review »

"This Beyer headphone cushion is a perfect fit for the ubiquitous Sony MDR V6 and 7506 headphones. They are a comfortable velveteen, effective at isolation and they will not corrode and flake off with use like the Sonys do. And extremely comfortable, even in long listening sessions or live recording! …"  Read Full Review »

These were extremely easy to attach. Got it done in 5 minutes (toss the plastic bits; totally useless for Sonys).

Now my headphone …"  Read Full Review »

"I use SONY MDR's for pro music and sound design work. The factory model comes with crummy earpads that degrade quickly and wear thin. These pads not only fit the MDR-7500's perfectly, they're also more comfortable and cancel out significantly more incoming external sound. And they're built to las …"  Read Full Review »
