Great for Pet Hair and Carpet!
"Just purchased this and have used it only once. Easy to use. The clean/dirty water container are together so it makes it easy to refill with hot water and empty the dirty at the same time. Cleans and sucks up extremely well. My carpets were virtually dry within the hour. The pet hair pick up was unbelievable. "I thought this was a great product, until the spots I cleaned with it kept coming back. This wasn't able to get a good clean on my new carpets. It has now stopped spraying water, and won't suck up anything either. There are no dealers within 50 miles of my home who are able to work on it and minimum repair will cost 100+.
