"I use it at work mostly around my desk; window panes; corners, walk-in area into office; back of drawers. Perfect for vehicle use.
I love it because the appearance of it looks nice that I don't have to hide it (it has a soft conservative look & color). It has a powerful suction; So easy to change the bag (not messy at all); I like the fact that it folds so easily for storing in small spaces. I get compliments about it, and others use it for quick clean-ups if they spill something, or to pick up confetti messes.
Drawbacks for me: Loud when when turned up high; has no place for attachments (does not come with attachment hoses); and it's not electric (as a result, I take it home to charge it (I don't like to charge it at work overnight for safety reasons).
Sorry! I don't have images because I just came across this site, and at end, realized you can put images, but I probably never be back at this site---sorry...I have no images!! :o)"

"I have had this dust buster for 2 years and it is fantastic. It has super strong suction and keeps a charge for a long timeonly once did I use out the charge! It is easy to clean out and durable, much nicer and much more powerful than the old ones. I use this item every day and have a very hairy dog as well as 3 kids."
"I started out looking at the Dyson handheld, but ended up getting this Black & Decker based on reviews around the web. The most dramatic one was a Popular Mechanics video review comparing this against the Dyson and the Dirt Devil Cone handheld - the B&D; exceeded the Dyson on cleaning power, and the battery lasted much longer as well (the Cone was pitiful, BTW). The pivoting and telescoping head is surprisingly useful in practice, and the unit is well balanced in my use so far. Really like that the filter is washable and lasts up to a year, and that there is a knob to turn to temporarily clear the filter during operation to restore suction power. The dirt cup is very easy to empty as well (it uses both cyclonic separation and filtering) - just hold it over the can and push the button to open and empty the chamber. 18V battery and a handy charging stand means easy, compact storage and long life (our Euro-Pro Shark also picks up well, but doesn't last as long on a charge and the wall wart charger and no stand leaves the cord, and unit, just hanging around all ugly-like). Somebody really did their homework on the ergonomics on this baby."
"We have two children and a dog. I truly love our Dyson DC 7, but sometimes am too lazy to get the entire thing out, etc. I was hesitant to buy a handheld b/c in the past, the suction was not that good, etc. I am VERY PLEASED with going with this hand vac. Thus far, it has provided very good suction/power and is very convenient to use. The selling points for me were the 18V power, the adjusting nozzle, but most importantly was the compact storage/charge base. It really takes up less room than other models. I keep it on the kitchen countertop charging so it is within use. I cannot comment on the length of the charge, as I have only used it for short periods of time, to pick up dog hair on the sofa, cereal on the floor, etc., but so far, I do not regret at all buying this product and spending the extra money for the higher power, moveable arm, and compact design. Plus, emptying is a non-issue---a breeze!"
"I got this hand-vac after reading many positive reviews about it online. It is great- really strong suction, good battery power and really easy to empty. Also, it looks weird and bulky in the pictures I saw online but it is actually much better looking in person when you see how the nozzle adjusts. Very compact and cute when it's on the charger. It's a little pricier than other hand-vacs but it was worth it to me to buy one that would last a long time and do the job right. Having this hand-vac has made keeping up with the housework so much easier. I would recommend this product to anyone."
"This unit uses a Nickel Cadmium battery.
This is old technology when it comes to rechargables. But it is what it is, so let me give you some advise on Ni-Cad batteries. When you get the unit, fully charge the battery for 24hrs. Do not put it back in the charger rack!
Ni-Cads need to fully cycle several times before they are at peek performance. Use it freqently and for extended periods. Use the Vac as you normally would untill the battery power is way down, then put it back in the charger for 24hrs.
Keep deep cylcling the battery to get the most from it. If you short cycle Ni-Cads, it develops a memory effect in the battery where in it thinks it's out of juice when run for a short time and recharged again. Having raced RC cars and boats with this now out dated battery, we learned many of its peculiarities and how to correct them. If you deep cycle the battery, you should get maybe 2000+ recharges and several years of use from this little hummer. B&D does not offer a replacement battery at this time, so when the battery is used up several years from now, (not just 2), they will most likely be replaced by newer rechargable technology which is also lighter.
LITHIUM... Ni-Cads are good and bad. Bad because Cadmium is a very toxic heavy metal and must be recyled. Good when recharged right for there low self discharge rate, good startup power, and cycles of use. got to go, check it out."

"I don't know what I would do without it. It fits into odd spaces b/c of the rotating/telescoping nozzle. I have had it almost a year and use it constantly with no suction/mechanical issues. Its worth the extra [...] too b/c emptying the canister is much less messy than most bagless vacs.
I have two dogs and a toddler. Even after doing daily sweeping with my big vac I find dog hair and cheerios in hard to reach areas. Its so much easier to whip this out for touch-ups!"
"Pros:
- very good suction!
- last a long time on a charge
- brush attachment is very useful
- easy to empty chamber
Cons:
- does NOT come with a charging base, just an AC adapter
- AC adapter failed after 2 days. Target exchanged for a new one.
- no flap to prevent dirt escape. After you turn it off, if you turn it upside down the dirt falls out.
- fan on bottom blows dirt around as you try to clean
This is a powerful vacuum, and very useful for sucking up little messes, particularly with the brush attachment. But it has a few big design flaws, and just isn't worth it's high price tag. The dirt falling out the nozzle is a huge problem for me; I have to empty it after every time, since otherwise when I fold it up to store it (it's huge if you don't fold it), the dirt falls out the nozzle. What a pain. My much less expensive B&D hand vac works nearly as well, and doesn't have these design flaws. It's like they're trying to be too fancy, and failed. My advice; go for something less flashy that just works."
"I wanted a cordless vacuum for my car, so I got online to research. I had owned various "dust busters" over the years, which could hardly pick up a pile of crumbs and didn't hold a charge. I decided to spend a little more than the range that is typical and got this Black and Decker.
It is one of the coolest little gadgets ever! I hardly use it for my car, but it does the job. It picks up kitchen spills, dust bunnies and my favorite--baseboards and corners of the wall that a normal vacuum can not easily reach. I have 5" baseboards on wood floor, and in some areas there are tiny gaps in between that I would never be able to clean (without a cu-tip and that's not happening..) My B & D zaps it away and will keep away dust and dirt buildup from that area.
The suction is amazing, the charge lasts a long time. The only complaint I read about online is a "small dust compartment", which is ridiculous--it's a hand vac--empty it out! Anyway, I highly recommend!"
