"I have used the toaster a few times now but not very successfully. The left side never got the items toasted so I put the control all the way up. It finally got the toast done. But when I put the control up on the right side, it burned it to a crisp. Obviously, it heats unevenly. "

"Very nice toaster. Does exactly what it should. One small negative it that the dial knob does not have an alignment line on it to verify the knobs position for the toasting numbers. It only has a small bump on the front of the knob. This makes it a litttle hard to ready what setting your are using. "
