Simply the Best
"Black Diamond C4 Camalots are simply the best cams out there. Specifically sizes 0.75 - 3 are undisputed bests. People quibble over the larger sizes (especially the number 6) as to whether Black Diamond or Wild Country makes the best large cam. As far as the small sizes are concerned, I don't like them. Black Diamond starts to make C4 in China
"I got a set of C4 from #0.4 to #3 recently. Surprisingly, three of them, #.75, #1 and #2, were made in China. Moreover, one of the lobes on #2 would not extend to full open. I emailed Black Diamond and got this back. "C4s are being manufactured in both Salt Lake City and China right now. "These are the best cams on the market hands down. Double axle and color matched to your BD nuts (i.e. the red nut is roughly the same size as the red cam). More sizes would be nice, though. "

"Great for use in fingertip size placements, I doubled up my Metolius yellow/blue TCUs with these. Walking a little less likely with four cams, dual axles add redundancy and feel solid when placed. I would pick these over Aliens for the smoother , longer trigger. Makes removing them a lot easier! "

"Fantastic product, much improved now they are lighter. Easy to place, each cam covers larger size range when compared to other makes. I found it quicker to place these and as a result hung around less when placing gear. "
