"Wow! If you're in the market for the top-of-line dishwasher, this is it.Installation:It was very easy to install. Very well written instructions. You'll probably need two people to get it oriented for sliding it into your cabinet since there is really no way to grab this applicance without putting too much pressure on any surface. You will need to get a few parts, but there are install kits at [@] that contains all you need.Loading:This thing pretty much can hold about anything. The utensil holder takes some getting used to, but it's nice not to have to worry about them "spooning" eachother. The top rack holds almost all the glasses we use on one side. It can be adjusted for different heights so we can get those big plastic tumblers in without them catching on the top. Just about evry tine in the drawers can be reoriented and takes some time to get it just the way you want it. Overall, it is a great design.Use:We've washed about 6 loads into this dishwasher and they really come out great. We've tried some really dirty over-night pasta dishes and to my surprise, they came out spotless. Glasses are crystal clear with no spots. We even put some pots and pans (circulon) in with some reluctance that spotting would occur. No spotting at all and the pots were perfectly clean. Nice! Keep in mind that there is no heated drying so things that may pool water may not get completely dry, but even with out previous whirlpool, we had similar problems. Just start on the bottm and work your way up as the manual says. The drying technology this washer uses is to use really hot water during the last rinse cycle and use the heat from the water to dry the dishes. I washed dishes on morning before leaving for work at 8:00. I got home about 5:00 that night and opened the washer and it still had some residual heat inside. It is very well insulated for noise so I suppose this helps keep the heat in as well. And speaking of noise, the only way we know it's running aside from standing right next to it is when it drains. Shipping:I got free shipping on this which was a great saver for me. This is not the first time I've purchased a major applicance on line. Abe's really does a great job of packing. This thing was so well packed it took me and the truck driver over 5 minutes just to get to the point we could inspect it. Very pleased here.Overall: I would buy this again and I would buy it from Abe's again. Yes, it is expensive, but I've become to realize that in more cases than not, you get what you pay for."

"Very nice design with integrated controls and front panel display. Cleans very well with proper loading. By this I mean proper use of the rack space is all that's needed.

As for drying, I have seen some negative comments but all our dishes have came out dry and spotless.

Like any dishwasher if glasses are concave on the bottom you will have a little standing water in them, and sometimes plastic is not perfectly dry. This is caused by plastics inability to hold the proper heat to dry. We do use a rinse agent as suggested, it uses very little and with automatic distribution it is not a problem at all. I have filled it once in 10 days and we have 6 people in our family, 2 loads a day at times. Today I tried a glass baking dish that had dried on cheese and sauce from enchiladas, I purposely let it dry rock hard with no prior rinse to see results, perfect not a spot... I know my last machine would not have done that.

So for us so far this dishwasher is everything we could of asked for.

One more thing.. the claims of it being quiet are not exaggerated, it is!"

"I read everything I found on the Internet about this dishwasher before I purchased and have to agree and disagree. The cycle can be long if you select functions that make it so. Everything drys well and spotless except plastic bowls and containers that spot. This unit extremely quiet. You can have a normal conversation in the same room while its running. Yes, it is pricey, but most top of the line quality items are. It did not disapoint."

"The product is fine. Abe's initial service was terrible. I was contacted and told that the free shipping wasn't very good and that I should pay an extra $100 for "better" shipping. An implication was made that the product would be damaged in transit and that no one should use free shipping even though it was offered.



I will never use Abe's again and I recommend that no one else use them either. Now if I can just get my spam controls to work I won't have to read from them any more."
