"These are very nice dumbbells. I use them in addition to a bowflex power rod gym in order to get a total body workout. Changing the weight amounts is very easy and quick. "I think I would have been better off with the smaller weight version of this product (I think it's the 552). The product is easy to use. You don't need much storage to have the equivalent of several weights in your home. Changing the weight is extremely simple and quick.
