"These are great for anyone wanting to workout from home to avoid the health clubs. They are the size of 60# dumbbells so they are large but not obnoxious. Initially they seem to be quite expensive, but if you bought dumbbells from 5's to 50's...it would cost more than a set of the selecttechs. "Used these for a couple of weeks and they're going back this weekend. I don't feel like it's a bad product, however, I find them to be too "bulky" for many of the exercises I use them for.
