Use of Panini
"Used the pan for the first time 11/01/08. I was a little confused if I should have oiled the pan before using. The recipe cards enclosed did not say to oil the pan, only butter the breads used. I had some sticking so I think I will lightly oil the pan before using the next time. Everyone like the taste of their sandwiches.
I did not really need the pan, but it was something that I wanted, so I bought it. Early Merry Christmas to me. lol"

I gave this to my husband ...
"I gave this to my husband for Christmas. We tried it out the next day and loved it! The bread turned out so nice and crisp and the cheese was melty. We followed the directions that came with it and had no problems. So far we have only made paninis in it but I'm looking forward to tring chicken.I would have given it five stars but I need to cook with it more to know if it is perfect!"

"This was a Christmas gift and it is wonderful. I am thinking of buying one for myself. You can tell the pan is high quality and the lid is just the right weight.I have had the opportunity to sample a sanwich but I have to give the cook the credit for that."

"This pan and lid are heavy and solid. The set makes a wonderful Texas toast grilled cheese sandwich.
I love to cook and grill sandwiches, quesadillas, bacon, and steaks in this panini pan. Very useful."
