The ideal hot-weather companion
"I tested the Unbottle against my PolarPak gel-cooled water bag and another basic water bag on my sunny patio table on a blistering June day, and the Unbottle won hands down. After nearly 2 hours, the Unbottle was the only one with a few slivers of ice inside, and the water was a chilly 50 F compared to 70 F in the other two, and after 3 hours, when the water in the other two bags had reached nearly 100 F, the Un..." I used to carry my water in gallon jugs, I'm concidering going back to that method.
"No, this thing's better than a gallon jug. I like how well it fits in my pack, but if I want to carry it on the outside I'll have to do some modifications to it. specifically to the buckles you see on either side. these should be D-rings, but instead I found the type of buckle in to which you insert a 1" strap.
