"Well constructed, a perfect crusted 9 X 5 inch loaf comes out of the pan with a simple twist of the wrist using the built in handles. Never sticks, wipes clean with a paper towel. Hard to find, excellent price and value, a Best Buy in my book. "

"This pan is great for normal breads and sweet ones like banana bread. As with any cast iron product, you need to make sure the pan is oiled after use, but as long as you take good care of it, you will be happy! The pan releases breads easily. "I am trying to go all out healthy. Even trying to not cook on teflon. These pans are an affordable alturnative. Function fantastic. Look nostalgic. I think maybe they are a hair smaller than my teflon pans but it doesnt make much of a difference. I would buy these again for sure. "
