Great tasting shake!
"I am using this product along with a diet and exercise program. It helps to satisfy my cravings, and it fits well in my low-calorie diet plan. I highly recommend using a blender with ice. I want to like it but.....
"I love the fact that it is really low carb since it is hard to find many that are. However, I really don't like the taste and I am not a picky eater. I read the reviews before purchasing and bought the vanilla. I tried one scoop of CS and one scoop of frozen blueberries with splenda and ice cubes ( couldn't even taste the blueberries)I tried adding peanut butter ( that was a bad idea!),I tried bananas and ice ..." "I use the product daily for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. It is filling, tastes good, and keeps me going for hours. It's easy to fix (add ice and water in a blender with the mix for the best taste) and you then get a big jolt of protein (which is hard for me to get otherwise).

"This is alright, but the taste is not that fantastic. Very chalky. It does thicken up quite nicely though. I put in plain yogurt and makes it very good. Also use it in shakes. It is good value for the money. "
