Very nice AC/Heater
"I bought this unit for a 12' by 22' room which is used as a lounge and office. It has a little higher cooling BTU than required for that size room, but it is the lowest cooling BTU in a unit (that fit the opening in the wall) that also functioned as a heater. Overall a good product
"I used this unit to replace an outdated through-the wall unit. Overall, the product seems to function well although it has only been in use for a couple of weeks. The unit heats well but the fan is a bit noisy. In addition, the digital controller for the thermostat is noisy and you can hear it clicking constantly. I haven't tried the cooling function yet. Quality you can afford
"I bought this Carrier unit to replace an older unit. I use it to heat and cool a 16 X 18 foot family room addition. I set it at 69 degrees on low and it is amazing at how well it warms the room.
