"Bought mine approx 1 year ago (Nov 08) preparing to mount it on a 50 foot tower with a CM 4228 antenna. Raised tower in Jan 09 and was up running by Superbowl (Feb 09). "Rotor motor froze up several months after installing. Fortunately the antenna was pointed in a direction where we could receive most stations clearly.
Would recommend an alternative product.

"This product has gone down hill since they switched makers. The motors frequently stick when fully turned and they also turn to easily in the wind.
