The Grind & Filling Amount Matter
"As others mentioned, the grind is important. A finer grind better accommodates the "flow through" brewing nature of the Keurig machine but only if you don't pack the coffee in too tightly. Doing so only forces the water to find ways around what amounts to a coffee clog and yields poor results. Filling it loosely about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way with finely ground coffee seems to work well and prevents the breaking..." Read Full Review »

Poor design, so so coffee.
"Keurigh can, and should have designed a better product for this. First off, a little too expensive for such poorly designed product; I would not mind spending [$] if the unit worked well. But there are some issues.
