Not "yo mama's" pressure cooker
"I purchased this item about 6 months ago and I love it. It browns meats quickly, steams and pressure cooks. I was mainly interested in pressure cooking low budget meats, but I use it for so many things. I have "browned" and "low pressure" cooked country ribs in 17 mins. I give up!
"With much dismay, I've tried 4 TIMES to get one of these machines and all have failed me. Just can't get them to pressurize. It's not worth the effort anymore so I'm gonna just settle for it to be used as a crock pot. Very upset with this product. The only thing good about this machine is that it is easy to clean. "The one thing that you need to remember is to put in liquid so that it is able to make steam pressure. I use it all the time even make soups with it after I pressure cook the meat then I remove the lid add veggies and cook the rest of the way on brown. Best soups ever "
