BURNT TOAST
"This is the worst toaster that I have ever owned. The darkness settings are 1-6. If you turn the dial past 3 1/2, you will have burnt toast, below 3 1/2, you get warm beige bread. The inner heating elements are hotter than the outer elements so you have to pop the bread out and turn it around to get both sides evenly browned. This is the second unit that I have received.
