"I use this mat when I watch my exercise shows on FitTV. It's very comfortable, I'll probably get a lot of use out of it so it's a good value for the price and even my older cat loves it! Like I said, it's very cushy and comfy. "

"Had many mats before, but this is the one I like best so far. Provides good cushioning for the back as well as the knees (ideal for the skinny). Also, it's a good length even for tall guys. That way, your head will never be on the bare floor. "

"I'm not satisfied because I paid $10.00 more for a thinner mat, the strap fell off the first time I carried it, and there were imperfections in the foam; tiny holes. "
