"I just picked this up and found it simple, easy and great to use. I like the DVD. Gin Miller is always a good instructor.
I needed to increase the resistance and found it simple to do that by following the instructions... just roll the bar to shorten the bands.

"This is a great, unique way to build your abs and legs, while increasing your flexibilty and core. It's easy to use and you genuinely get a good sweat from using it. My only problem is that it does not give you the option to add more resistance. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with it. "

"I have not tried this one in particular, but in response to "ACE" my pilates teacher uses a bar very similar to this in class, and she tells us to increase difficulty by wrapping the tubing around your feet for more resistance, or you can take your legs lower on some exercises, roll your shoulders, …" Read Full Review »
