I bought this oven ...
"I bought this oven because of its convection feature but find I'm using the Bake feature without convection the most. It is so simple to use and comes with all the racks and grill pans needed. I especially like the light inside the oven that is on while the food is cooking. "

"I purchased this product for use in an office kitchen. It takes up a small amount of space, but has many uses. I prepared a casserole in an 8 x 8 pan that I've made many times in a full-size convection oven and had the same results. Same for the large frozen pizza. "The digital controls are much better than are old DeLonghi, the old oven's rotary timer broke almost at once and we had to pull the plug in order to turn the oven off. "This product looks great in the kitchen. It is quiet to use. It can burn the toast easily. It's hard to determine what settings you should use for best results with toasting. I had to broil for a longer time period then I expected. I loved my previous Delonghi convection/toaster oven more. "

Good, but not great
"Overall a decent product, but disappointed pizza does not cook evenly. The back portion doesn't brown like the rest of the pizza. Additionally don't like that I can't fit a 11x7 pan, only square pans. To do anything does require lots of button pushing, which means lots of loud beeps. "
