Good product
"This product has 2 quirks one should know about. The first is that the opening into the pot is rather small, so if a person with anything other than a small hand is trying to clean the inside of the pot, it will be difficult (or impossible for a big hand). Don't Waste Your Money!
"can't put enough water in to make a full pot. Absolutely impossible to pour out of decanter without spilling. These two features make it quite frustrating. Can't wait to find another small coffee maker to replace this disappointing one with. Many more negative comments to add, but adequate room not supplied...." Read Full Review »

"The pot spills some if you try to pour too quickly, but overall it's an exceptional product. The entire thing is very easy to clean and even handles my very hard water with no build up. Had been given another coffee maker when I moved and gave that one away to purchase another one of these. "
