"I purchased this toaster because of a review I had read online. I was sad when I recieved the toaster. For one, it doesn't have a bagel setting, which I thought was odd for such a high end toaster, but my fault for not checking first. Secondly, it does not fit normal wheat bread lengthwise, it only will fit the small "wonder bread" sized pieces. Also, it has a lightness scale of about 1 to 6 dashes and on the second dash it burnt my first piece of toast. The self loading is cool but only if you have small bread. Last little annoying thing is that every time you pick it up the crumb tray comes off. Not a big deal for people who store their toaster on the counter but if you have limited counter space and want to store it somewhere when it is not in use it is kind of a pain. Overall dissapointing."
