Espresso snob here..
"This seems to be a good machine for the price but the instructions are NUTS!! I even called customer service and their service wasnt that great.. she had to put my questions in to the help desk and i still have not received a call back.. It is unclear how long you are supposed to preheat the thing (that was one of my major issues) also it doesnt specify the grind.. we had our espresso ground at a coffee shop and..." Horrible coffee
"After following all instructions, I had no more than two good cups of espresso. There seems not to be enough power to force the steam through - water sits on top of the coffee in the basket. A trickle of lousy, thin, coffee-stained water manages to get through. Even with frequent cleaning (which helkps a little) the steam simply is not "espressed" through the coffee...."
