"This unit was delivered promptly and the shipper called prior to delivery (they were very friendly...nice touch Estes Trucking ). The unit is very nice, the pre cut lumber is well plained and no rough edges. The assemble took about 7 hours with my crew of 3. "It took almost a month to get and when I called to check the status there was no tracking number on it. I went in circles with the Home Depot representitives and they always refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I called several times every week with no answers where the item was.
