I dont like Feta, but this is PRIMO!!!
"This Feta Cheeze is not found in local grocery markets. If you are not happy with your Feta cheese from the grocery store, I suggest buying this cheese. This is a definate buy that is WORTH the money! A restaurant in my town uses this cheese, which led me to igourmet's website because it is not found in stores. "This is top notch feta cheese. The flavor is lovely and though there is the hint of salt which is part of its flavor, it is nothing like dry, over-salty grocery store feta. It is creamy but firm and just a wonderful cheese in all sorts of salads in particular. "
