"I saw this book on a TV show and thought it would be really interesting- I loved it- read through it and was surprised by a lot of things in it- Shared it with my trainer at the gym and he thought it was well done too- I saw a comment in another review about mixed signals on foods (I had to reread parts and flipped back and forth between pages too) but I think it was making a point that certain foods at certain ..." Not a lot of new information
"This book is interesting to glance through, but didn't really have as much new information as I thought it would. To me, most of the info. was common sense.
