This is a great unit for situations in which you need a stylish unit that provides powerful cooling and versatile operation. Here are a few highlights of this unit: 15,000 BTU power : This unit is rated for rooms of up to 500 square feet, and it still runs off a standard 115v plug- any more powerful and this unit would require special wiring to function! Patented Z-Spray condensate exhaust system : In short, this means the unit requires no draining during normal operation. All condensate water collected is dripped and flung over the condenser coils to enhance the cooling power of the unit. Any excess is evaporated out the exhaust hose. Heater and dehumidifier functions : Use this unit year-round by heating or dehumidifying your area when air conditioning is not required. Powerful dual motor design : One motor delivers cold air to your room and the other cools the compressor and condenser. This results in more effective cooling. Auto restart function : If power to the unit is lost, the unit will restart on its previous settings once power is restored. This is a great function for server rooms or other areas where constant cooling is required.
