Not a good first impression.
"I ordered this product and picked it up with several other appliances. I was NOT aware that the trim kit, included in the purchase price, was shipped in a seperate box.
You can NOT find a trim kit for this microwave. Mine was not given to me at the time of pick-up. Sears is trying to find another on
