"NEWBIES, HERE ARE SOME HELPFUL TIPS: I have had my Emjoi Optima for 5 or 6 years. It still works very well. The trick is to BUY REPLACEMENT HEADS!!! The motor works but the tweezers wear out. You can buy a replacement head from the Emjoi website which is a much better deal than replacing the whole thing every few years.
