Real easy to use
"The cleaner was quick and easy to use. I just filled it up and started cleaning. The reservoir looks little but it's not! Seemed like it took forever to use up the steam. It was definetely a lot easier to walk around with the steamer than having to tote all those cleaners and paper towels. Things smelled a lot better too. "If you want a cleaner for mostly the floor (I do) I would pick a different style model. I went for this model thinking I could use it for multiple things; which I can; however, for the floor use the attachment doesn't stay on very well. "The refurbished part the cap was screwed on so tight we never got it off. The men passed it around the garage shop to see who was the strongest. No one ever got the thing off to put it together. what a waste of money and a christmas present embarrassment. "
