"This sweeper is the answer to my dreams. I have carpent in my apartment that is just like a bare floor. There is absolutely NO thickness to it. I bought the SWIVLE Sweeper, and had to replace it 3 different times for it stopping on me, and not picking up the dirt. "Certainly not as powerful as a "regular" vacuum, but if you don't have heavy duty needs, this might be OK for you. My cleaning woman brings in her own vacuum once a week, so this is fine for touching up in between.
