"These are individually sealed in blister packs. When opening the tablet, they break into a powder. I had to be very careful when opening the packs to ensure that they do not break up. They dissolve very quickly on the tongue. I notice a huge difference during the day. My mouth feels cleaner and I have been having less gum sensitivity. The instructions state to take 2 a day, which is easy. They have a slight minty flavor."
