"I have had the product for three years. Typical use was 3 loads on weekend. Heater failed due to lint trap design flaw just after 2 year warranty expires. "I really love how this dryer works, however, it IS a bit loud when the top of the drum closes. I do LOVE the top load part. Even though it's a bit loud, I would buy it again. "
