Nice, easy-to-use fitness machine
"I like the ab lounge. It is more fun than doing 100s of situps, and you can really feel the results in your core. I have only used it for a couple weeks, but I feel that it is working. I set it up in front of the TV and watch while I do my sets and in between sets. There is a way you can turn to target the obliques and this is definetly a plus too. Lok some where else for good abs
"I use the traditional ab workout method; floor and mat ork. I was curious to see if this product actually worked. its not worth your time or money. Its loud and creaky when you use it and the about of reps you have to do to achieve results is a pointless waste of time. If you're serious about trimming your waste I suggest invest in a personal trainer and cardio. And dont waste your money on this junk...." Read Full Review »
