"[...] I found the assembly to be easy and simple to follow. I was testing it out in about 1.5 hours after opening the boxes. "I would not purchase anything made by this company ever again...." Read Full Review
Pros:
The user manual ain't got nothing on this review.
"I have owned the TNT 2.2 version for almost a year. It is an excellent product. The resistance is constant throughout the full range of motion , and the resistance changes are quick. I bought a Troy Body bar and 2 lengths of chain to make doing squats easier and more productive.
I gave it a 4 (and not a 5) because of the lack of a bar coming as standard equipment.... and ... because nothing is perfect. :^)"

Cons:
If a picture is worth a thousand words... How long is this review?
"The resistance is changed easily and quickly. It is constant throughout the range of motion. It far surpasses the Bowflex. Try them side by side if you get the chance."
Pros:
"This is my go-to fitness apparatus for strength, muscle growth and sculpting. Some say that it was hard to set up. On the contrary, I found set-up very easy as I followed the instructions. It is quiet and efficient.
The only thing that I found wrong was that some parts were made of plastic. The weight shifters would've been better had they been made of something like alluminum.(One along with the plastic part of one of my TNT rods broke on me as a buddy misused the equipment. I fixed those parts with an epoxy glue last year. It all works fine now. Alluminum is light yet strong. There have several times when the line got stuck in the pulleys. The coating had come off the line in some places but did not effect the working order of the machine. Other than that I love this machine.
It along with cardio and healthy eating got my body in shape and keeps it that way. I use it at some capacity every day."
Pros:
"I only tried this out at a store, but I was really impressed with the feel of the resistance. I have a bowflex and dumbells that I use regularly and I was knocked out on how cool the resistance feels. There is no momentum like there is with a free weight. Bowflex has this also, but it is different. The Bio Force seems to have a little dampening feeling to it. Like a shock absorber. It seems to slow down you rep a bit. And this is good. The ability to change resistance with one simple move, well, two, one on each side, is a nice advantage over a bowflex. Also, the weight you select is more closely matched to the real weight than a bowflex. I also liked the substantial feel of the machine. One exercise I did not like was the everhead shoulder press. It felt a bit awkward. I don't think I will put my Bowflex up for sale to get this, as my Bowflex has the rowing feature that I like, but if I needed to replace my Bowflex, I would strongly consider a Bio Force. This is a good machine, and a great value, in my humble opinion."

Cons:
"I had sold my heavy home gym with weights, and purchased the bio force, I had injured my elbow and it was difficult to use free weights so I decided to by the bio force. love this gym, bio force does not strain joints which makes working out easier, there are so many strength training moves that workout different muscle areas, i have used it for about a week and I can see results all over my body (I'm a female and this gym gives me the that nice athletic cut). The set up was easy, directions are easy to follow and every nut and bolt came packaged. The bio force fits nicely in my house in the loft area...did I mention that I love this home gym."
Pros:
"Setup was very easy with the dvd and the guide book out. It was a couple hours by myself and done. Switching around pulleys for different workouts is also simple and quick. Bio force really does deliver what it promises. I'm new to working out and so I'm taking it slow and learning as I go. The dvd workout instructions are akward due to the instructor taking the seat off and putting it on again instead of just doing the exercises with the seat and the do the ones without the seat, it's annoying. That aside...my only complaint is that Sports Aut. sells this machine for three hundred bucks more than anyone else, so buy it...just not here. ;)"
Pros:
Cons:
"I chose this machine for a variety of reasons. First, I live in a loft type condo. I can't use machines with weight stacks because the noise of the plates banging and clanking carries through the whole building and annoys the neighbors. This machine is virtually silent. Also, being on an upper floor of my building, you don't have to worry about too much weigh on the floors. I also like that the resistance is the same through the entire range of motion, unlike the machines with the bows. It was easy to build and is sturdy and well designed."
Pros:
"I bought my BioForce from Sports Authority when it was on sale and I've had it about four months now.
I use it three to four times a week. I find it very easy to use and am getting great results.
I've owned a BowFlex in the past which I used to think was the best but, I've found that I get a better workout from my BioForce. The resistance is much more consistent throughout the range of motion than on a BowFlex.
If you get a chance, go to Sports Authority and compare the BowFlex and BioForce side by side and see for yourself.
The only weakness I've found in this machine is the beam that the bench is attached to bent slightly where the bench is attached due to too much weight on it. I hope that the company will re-enforce this in the future. Otherwise I have no complaints with this machine."
Pros:
"The assembly instructions were some of the best and it was a snap to put together. I needed some physical rehabilitation after some major surgery. First I bought a treadmill to strengthen my cardio-vascular system. Then I started to think about the rest of my body. There were too many pieces of gym equipment and too much space needed. With the BioForce and just an occasional very simple pulley change I can do it all. Changing the weight strength is just moving a couple of levers that are very accessible on the crossbar. I'm not one of those big time gym fanatics but the BioForce 1.7 more than adequately meets my home needs and certainly save on the gym membership."
