"I love the BOSU ball. I use it for about 60% of my workout at the gym. I decided it was time I get one for home for the days I can't make it to the gym. "My Physical Thearpist recommend I get one of these for my at home exercises. It is helping improve my balance and core strenght. Its fun to use and doesn't get boring. My two younger daughters are starting to use it to help with their balance for dance. "
