Be aware of copycat BOSU

"I have 2 BOSUs. I LOVE them for what they can do in terms of exercise. Each BOSU I bought at Target, which was significantly cheaper than ordering them from a sports performance magazine. However, they are different from each other. They serve the same purpose, but one is far more durable than the other. And the less durable one has become mishapen. To be fair, they get a lot of use from a core and cardio perspe..." Read Full Review »

Broke within the first week

"I am 4'11" tall and weigh approx. 100 pounds. I used this item for less than one week before the base actually separated from the inflatable cushion. There were even exposed nails! I had to return it for a refund. I do NOT recommend this piece of equipment to anyone...." Read Full Review »

"I have a personal trainer at the gym and this is one of the products that we use on a regular basis. I love it! At first it can be a little hard (intimidating) but if you are into a challenge and want the most from your training then I say this is it. I use it to do squats with and without weights w …"  Read Full Review »

"The BOSU is one of the best fitness tools on the market, very versatile and challenging, and there's something for everybody. With lack of balance and core strength a factor in many injuries, this is a great way to train. I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and this is the best abd …"  Read Full Review »

"This is one of those items that you see at your gym and are probably intimidated to try. I attend weekly fitness classes that started incorporating the bosu ball and I soon fell in love with the range of activities you can do and how hard my whole body was having to work on it. During a class with 5 …"  Read Full Review »

"I have become a gym rat and use the BOSU every day. I generally use it flat side up - balancing on one or both feet, weightlifting, curls, medicine ball catches with the trainer and squats. I also do a yoga-type plank while holding it flat side up with my hands at 9:00 and 3:00 positions. From th …"  Read Full Review »
