Defective Freezer

"Received Friday, June 18th, and put into operation, made it to 20-degrees below zero. By Tuesday it was 70-degrees, all food spoiled!!! Mechanic came three days later, Friday; determined that the filter-dryer was bad. Said he had to order new one, and it would be a couple of days. Now 10-days later, no word still!!!..."
