"this is a great little item for the price. My 11 year old just loves it. The pitcure quality is not as nice as the more expensive units but it definately isn't below par. "I got your product and the screen broke in a week and my sisters would not work my brothers was broke when bought and my other sisters won't put music on it. Thies mp4's are so fragile that they are not even a joy to have that just take more money than i expected to keep it. "
