"I was excited to be one of the first people to get my hands on this new workout series to add some variety to my cardio, core, and sculpting activities, but I am sorely disappointed. The weights that they give you are for beginners - 2 of the 1 lb. weights and 2 of the 3 lb. weights are not enough.
