"my wife bought this unit after my advise of to her of talking to 2 salesperson and bunch of question they told me it would be ok to be use for my boat. They couldn't be more incorrect. "I got this after having a Tom Tom. I wanted a GPS that had a few more features but was still in a cost-effective range. So far, I can't say that it has found places more than getting me lost or sidetracked. I have downloaded the new software and have the attachment that detects traffic problems.
