My Notes:

"My previous microwave was a GE and I was able to use the mounting plate of my previous unit. I would have had a very difficult time mounting the flemsy mounting plate that came with the new GE."
Pros:
Cons:
"My sons installed(including removal of the old unit)in less than two hours, which included the time to read the installation instructions. This also included pulling the range out to make room, cleaning the range area, replacing the range and listening to Dad's(me) second guessing. My one son is pretty handy.
We were fortunate in that the unit hung on the previous unit's mounting bracket so that saved some time.
It does take two people to maintain the balance while hanging the unit.
Be aware that there is a plug on the end of the power cord so you need to determine whether you have a dedicated wall socket available in the cabinet over the unit.
My wife has not yet had an opportunity to try out the convection cooking but is looking forward to that.
One disappointment is that 'Time Cook' can only be set in 15 second intervals up to 6 minutes, then 30 second intervals up to 15 minutes, then hourly intervals. We would have preferred seconds intervals at the lower settings."

Cons:
"Because of moving and failures (other products), this is the fourth over-the-counter microwave oven I've installed. It's not hard, but--unless your cabinets are flat on the bottom--you need to cut three blocks that fill in the gap under the cabinet you're hanging it from. For our cabinets, this meant that the blocks needed to be 1-1/8" thick--not a standard size for wood. It was handy to have some shop tools handy to cut the blocks to the right sizes.
My wife likes the cookbook that came with it, and we've enjoyed meals from several of its recipes.
We'd both be happier if the door opened by pushing on something to release the latch; instead, you must pull on the handle and overcome the latch to get the door open. We're both being careful not to pull down the microwave, the cabinets, or the wall when we open the door."
Pros:
"I like to bake and this is great for doing cookies as it has 2 racks. Bakes evenly and cooking time is less."
Pros:
"My oven is located above a Jenn-Air range with a single oven. The convection oven feature adds a valuable second oven to our kitchen. And microwaving is a snap with the control wheel and touch panel for many purposes. Put in a cup of coffee and hit "beverage", and it is perfectly warmed. Hit the same button three times and two large mugs of coffee are warmed to perfection. And so it goes for many specific applications.
I can recommend this microwave/convection oven to anyone wanting to make a valuable addition to their kitchen."
Pros:
Cons:
"Its so easy - combining microwave and convection oven was brilliant - takes a lot less time to preheat than regular oven - you can bake two different things simultaneously. Easier cleaning than my big oven - surface is very easy to wipe down."
Pros:
"Replaced Kenmore with this unit. Wasn't really sold on the advantium for the money and this is bigger and more powerful."
Pros:
Cons:
"thought it would directly fit in spot of old GE microwave, The holes didn't line up at the top, and the plate was slightly different on the back wall.
Doesn't really have the fine tuning of a keypad, It programs in 5 second increments
cooks great, it has replaced my stove's oven..."
Pros:
"I quite like this combination microwave/convection oven, but it's honestly not the best oven. Given that it's so small, when you open the door a lot of heat is lost and the oven doesn't heat back up quick enough, making it hard to bake stuff in.
We use the oven mostly to heat up rolls all crispy, but for serious baking this oven isn't very good."
