"After discovering the need for a new freezer, a quick trip to the Home Depot web site was needed. Finding a quality replacement for the right price is tough, but this freezer fits our needs and wallet. It holds so much more that a comparable upright without taking up much more floor space and does have two baskets for easy retrieval of often-used items. Delivery process is not as heralded.
"What a nightmare. I ordered based on the glowing reviews re: delivery. Lo and behold, the delivery service called (automated) and gave us the opposite time slot from the one I'd requested. Almost one hour of "holding" first with Home Depot and then the delivery service to be treated rudely by each -- claiming there is no human being who could look and guesstimate whether we'd be on the early side of 12-to-4 or l..." "Only had the 7 cu ft GE a week, but it is perfect for our needs as an overflow when defrosting a larger unit.
