"I love to use the convection oven for baking multiple pans of cookies/bread...no need to 'switch' the pans half way thru. I think the temperature is true, and it does a great job baking foods.
I don't like how the control panel shows all my fingerprints.
I had heard how the fan runs for a long time after the oven is off, and I agree (1+ hr)...but it doesn't bother me really. I understand that other brands do not have that issue.
I wish there was a child-lock on the doors.
I did not buy an extended warranty (yet). My neighbors Jenn-Air convection oven had problems with the computer or fan and needed service twice while under warranty. The warranty does not seem too overpriced considering the cost of the unit."

"Only had a couple of weeks. Wife loves it. Very even baking temps. Wife hasn't burned anything in about 2 week now! Installation was very easy except the old version of this oven was slightly smaller so we had to cut a larger opening to make it fit. Other than that, it is a great product at a great price (about $600 less than an appliance store close by)."

"After using this product for 1 1/2 month the horrible smell
of something burning has finally worn off.
When you turn the oven to a certain temperature you have to go back and do it a second time for it to move forward. If you are not standing next to the unit you are
unable to hear the timer go off. I had to buy a egg timer
last night so that I do not burn anymore cookies.
After reading many horror stories about the self cleaning device I will clean it by hand."

"We needed to fit a 27" space and this oven is an excellent choice--many features and ease of use top the list. Some care about corners of glass fronts may be necessary in order to avoid chipping and fingerprints do show along control panel's glass but these are minor concerns overall."
