"This is a great machine! A previous reviewer did not take out the long rod which is used onnly during transportation of this machine. I did not have any problem from the very beginning. ALWAYS READ INSTRUCTIONS! GE website also has a bunch of instructional videos regarding to this machine. "

Great Rant

"This washer wobbles and shakes. In time it with burrow itself into my floor covering. I'm going to keep an eye on it for a couple days, but might have to call customer service. I'm scared that it's going to attack me while I sleep. "
