"The simple and safe idea of this phone was great. Got it for my 11 yr old niece and waited a month to try to get a phone number for the phone so she could use it. Never could get one! Very frustrating, especially for my niece. Bought her an alltel phone instead. I have 2 small kids myself who want phones, but I won't buy firefly phones!..." Read Full Review

"I have a quick reminder for firefly lovers.When you get the firefly and if you don't play with it for about 30 minutes, it automaticlly turns off and you have to take the batterey back out, and turn it back on again."

"I did not like this phone. When my daughter received calls it would not tell her who it was and that scared her. Had trouble seeing missed calls. Months later we are still waiting to get our money back from the unused minutes. And if child receives a text they cannot text back."
