"This tripod is a bit taller than what I needed (better for my husband than for me), but my other one wouldn't have supported the weight of my heaviest lens and Wimberly head. The 4-segment legs are best for travel, to fit in smaller suitcases, and seem just as sturdy as the 3-segment legs. "
